Located within the established landscape of Peppermint Grove, this estate is conceived as a series of distinct yet interconnected elements arranged across three adjoining lots.

The composition is defined by a primary residence and a separate pavilion, linked by a covered walkway that mediates between architecture and garden. Each structure maintains its own identity while contributing to a unified architectural language.

Conceived to accommodate both private living and larger gatherings, the pavilion extends the domestic program into the landscape, creating a setting for entertaining that is embedded within the garden.

Throughout, internal spaces are organised to open outward, establishing a continuous relationship between built form, landscape and light. The architecture is deliberately restrained, allowing proportion, material and setting to define the experience of the home.
